These Terms of Service govern use of urbanpalmtrees.com and purchases made from Urban Palm Trees.

Shopify hosts our online store and checkout. We use Gelato as an independent print-on-demand production and fulfilment service provider. Urban Palm Trees remains the retailer, contracting party and customer point of contact.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Products
Our current store focuses on graphic T-shirts. Products are produced after an order is confirmed. Product descriptions, available options, images and prices are provided on the relevant product page.
Colours can appear differently depending on screen settings. Minor print-position or colour variations can occur in print production. Nothing in this section limits your rights if an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Orders and contract formation
When placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is complete and accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, unavailable product, delivery restriction or other legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount due.
Pricing, currency and payment
Prices are displayed and processed in British pounds sterling (GBP) unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes and the final total are displayed at checkout before payment.
Customers pay Urban Palm Trees through Shopify checkout. Gelato does not charge our retail customers directly.
Production through Gelato
After an order is accepted, its fulfilment details are sent to Gelato. Gelato may route production to a suitable facility based on the delivery address, product availability, production capacity and logistics. A particular production country or facility is not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.
Changes and operational cancellations
Contact us immediately if an order detail is incorrect. We will try to update or cancel both the Shopify order and its Gelato fulfilment order before printing begins, but production can begin quickly and a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Once printing has started, operational cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not remove any statutory cancellation or return right that applies after delivery. Separate rules may apply to goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Shipping and delivery
Available shipping methods, charges and order-specific information are displayed during checkout or provided in an order update. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please read our Shipping Policy for the complete process.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Gelato does not accept customer returns on our behalf. Customers must contact Urban Palm Trees and wait for written instructions before sending an item.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Urban Palm Trees name, branding, website text, graphics and designs are owned by or licensed to Urban Palm Trees. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission or another lawful basis.
Prohibited use
You must not use the website unlawfully, submit false or misleading information, interfere with the website’s security or operation, introduce malicious code, or infringe the rights of another person.
Third-party services
Our store uses third-party services including Shopify, Gelato, payment providers and delivery carriers. References to a service provider describe its operational role and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond the service relationship described.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer law. Subject to that restriction, Urban Palm Trees is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer may also have mandatory rights under the law that applies where they live. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our operations, services or legal obligations change. The revised date will be displayed on this page. The Terms applying to an order are those in effect when the order was placed, unless the law requires otherwise.
