B. PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES
Every Urban Palm Trees product is made to order through our trusted production partner, Gelato. Once you place your order, it enters production before being carefully packed and shipped
Order Processing Time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: 06:00 PM GMT (London)
Most UK orders arrive within 5–10 business days, although many are delivered sooner.
C. SHIPPING CARRIER
Orders are delivered via Evri 48.
