Urban Palm Trees was founded in 2025 by me, Mathew Astle, combining my lifelong passion for creativity with my background in Art and Design. After studying at college, i earned a degree in Photography and Video, developing the creative skills and attention to detail that now influence every design, My goal is to create high-quality designs that people genuinely enjoy wearing and using, while offering a shopping experience thats honest, transparent and reliable.
Urban Palm trees is a UK - based online retailer specialising in custom apparel, drinkware, phone cases and lifestyle accessories inspired by modern trends, mental health awareness and unique graphic designs.
We chose made-to-order production because it allows us to focus on creating unique designs without producing unnecessary waste. Every item is printed especially for you, helping reduce excess stock while ensuring you recieve a freshly made product.
We partner with trusted print-on-demand production facilities through Gelato to manufacture products to order and ship directly to customers worldwide. By producing items only after an order is placed, we help reduce waste while offering a wide range of unique designs and products.
Production begins once your purchase is confirmed, ensuring every item is created especially for you. Once production is complete, orders are despatched using trusted delivery partners, including Evri 48 for UK deliveries.
Most UK orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase, although delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and seasonal demand.
