Currency and total cost

Urban Palm Trees displays and processes payments in British pounds sterling (GBP). The product price, applicable shipping charge, taxes and final order total are shown at checkout before payment.

Payment methods

Available payment methods are displayed in Shopify checkout. Availability can vary depending on the customer’s device, delivery country, currency and the payment provider. The methods shown at checkout for the order are the methods currently accepted.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its supported payment providers. Urban Palm Trees does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. An order proceeds to fulfilment only after the required payment authorisation or confirmation is received.

Gelato is our production and fulfilment service provider. Gelato does not charge Urban Palm Trees retail customers directly.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, check the entered information or contact the bank or payment provider. Urban Palm Trees cannot override a payment provider’s approval decision.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
